2002	The original Biotechnology factory was divided into Biotechnology Plant I and Biotechnology Plant II With a share premium transferred into capital increase of 4,929,204,000 dollars and a land and fixed assets transferred into capital reduction of 25,496,201,000 dollars, the paid-up capital was changed to 2,500,000,000 dollars.
2001	The Biotech Factory and Chiayi Factory were built.
1999	A branch company was founded at Tainan Science Park.
1998	With a land capital increase of 912,000 dollars, a land capital reduction of 6,415,631,000 dollars, and a cash capital reduction of 10,910,264,000 dollars, the paid-up capital was changed to 23,066,997,000 dollars
1995	A capital of 40,391,980,000 dollars, after a deduction of the debt was taken from the original capital of TSW, was examined and used to invest on a new company by the central government. TSW was reformed as Taiwan Salt Industrial Corporation
1988	Tainan Salt Plant was transformed with the mechanized plan and started its production.
1987	Cigu Salt Plant was transformed with the mechanized plan and started its production
1986	Putai Salt Plant was transformed with the mechanized plan and started its production.
